Unfortunately our system does not allow for change or cancellation, once the order has been processed.

We aim to ship all orders received before noon on the same day.
In times of high order volumes our shipping times may be slower.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped we will notify you of the tracking number via email.
